Work Samples

I’d think this would be where categories of work would go (renovation, new construction, remodeling, etc.?), then any projects you wanted to show as samples would be found within the appropriate category.

Likewise, by default, the most recent post would be shown most prominently on the site’s home page.  This is due to how WordPress works — since it started as a blog vehicle, mainly.  Now many sites (not just sites with frequent content additions) use it, but the default behavior remains.  It can be tweaked or removed if that doesn’t work for you.
